1. Use of the App

Convovo is a mobile application that helps users develop social skills through interactive conversation scenarios, real-life challenges, and gamified practice. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. No Account Required

Convovo does not require you to create an account. All user data, including progress, preferences, and settings, is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store personal information on external servers.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Convovo is free to download. Some premium features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. All purchases are final, except where required by applicable law or Apple’s App Store policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device’s App Store settings.

4. Third-Party Services

Convovo may integrate with third-party services including RevenueCat (subscription management) and analytics providers. No personally identifiable information is stored on external servers. These services operate under their own privacy policies.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the app
• Distribute, sublicense, or resell the app or its content

6. Age Requirement

Convovo is rated for ages 4+ on the App Store. Users under 13 should use the app under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Content Disclaimer

The conversation scenarios and social advice provided in Convovo are for educational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional mental health advice, therapy, or counseling. If you are experiencing social anxiety or other mental health challenges, please consult a qualified professional.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in Convovo, including but not limited to lesson content, character designs, animations, and the Convovo brand, is the intellectual property of Convovo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Convovo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convovo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
